Billing and Account Pay in Person
Looking for a payment center? You’re in the right place!
Customers can visit a Delta Utilities Customer Care Center or an in-person payment location to pay their natural gas bill. All customers should bring the payment stub from their bill to ensure they have the information needed to process a payment.
Customer Care Centers accept payments made via cash, check, credit or debit card, or money order. If a credit or debit card is used, there will be a $1.75 fee for bills up to $500 – bills over $500 will have a fee equivalent to 2.25% of the transaction total.
Payment Centers may accept payments via cash, check, or money order. Payment processing and convenience fees may apply. Delta Utilities does not manage these fees, and they can vary depending on the vendor.
