Avoid writing checks, potential late fees, and the hassle! Pay your utility bill with ease by setting up recurring payments through your myDU Hub account. Your payment is automatically deducted from your bank account on the same day each month, saving you time, money, and energy.

Paperless Billing

Sign up for Paperless Billing to reduce clutter and access your natural gas bill with ease. With Paperless Billing, you’ll receive an email when your bill is ready, and you can view and pay it online with immediate confirmation of payment receipt.

Levelized (Average) Billing

Levelized (Average) Billing uses your average natural gas usage over a rolling twelve-month period to determine your natural gas payment, allowing you to reduce seasonal spikes in usage and better manage your month-to-month budget.  Each month is recalculated and adjusted according to your usage trends.  

Extended Absence

Mail your natural gas bill to a separate address or set up AutoPay if you’ll be away from your home or business for an extended period of time. Our Customer Service team will be happy to help you establish a new temporary mailing address.
